Our special sandblasting and shot-peening machines are designed and engineered on the basis of our customers' specific needs. Thanks to our long-time experience and focus on research, we have turned surface finishing treatments into processes that can truly enhance the products. We co-operate with our customers to pinpoint the "ideal solution" and create tailor-made systems. Norblast sandblasting machines are built to avoid workpiece contamination and environmental pollution: the quality of materials and the health of our operators are our top priorities. To meet all customer's productivity requirements and cut down on process costs, Norblast has set up a "Test Center" where feasibility tests can be performed with special sandblasting and shot-peening machines in order to identify the best methods and time schedules leading to process optimisation. Data from the Test Center and customers' requests are analysed by our technical department to design customised solutions. Our large warehouse stores grits such as microballs of glass, steel and ceramic, white and red corundum (aluminium oxide), and beads in cast iron and plastic. We also carry spare parts for sandblasting machines: gloves, glass, seals, sand hoses, suction hoses, nozzles, valves, filtering cartridges, exhausters.
