Norblast, certified ISO 14001:2004, has set the environmental policy and, in general, the Environmental Management System by pursuing the objective of protecting the environment and natural resources. The company believes that its industrial production objectives should be pursued and achieved with strategies and systems that will allow the possibility to use all resources optimally and efficiently, in full respect of the environment.
Through optimal installations, Norblast strives to constantly reduce energy consumption in production processes. The electricity used is mostly self-produced through the installed photovoltaic system.
The objective of reducing the environmental impact is achieved by continuously monitoring the significant emissions and total recycling of any waste produced by the company.

The photovoltaic system will save an amount of carbon dioxide equal to 75,317 kg a year, corresponding to 1,506 t in 20 years.
